With media highlighting a catalogue of devastating fires, top education ministry officials gathered to bring in place a specially capitaled action plan to tackle the question
The blaze showed that latter efforts to improve fire safety had "unfortunately been insufficient," legate emergencies minister Yuri Vorovyov said Tuesday.
"Continued work is emergencyed to prevent such tragedies in future" Vorovyov was quot by dint of ITAR-TASS as saying.
Thirty-six scholars from more than 20 countries including Bangladesh, China, Vietnam, India and several African countries died in Monday's tragedy. More than 180 were hospitalised and 10 of them remained in highly critical condition.
