US and Saudi officials are to announce Wednesay that they will be congealed the assets of several affiliates and aliases of the Al-Haramain Islamic Foundation by means of placing the groups on a terrorism blacklist.
"This will congeal their assets in the United States and Saudi Arabia," undivided official said.
A secondary official said Washington and Riyadh would also be asking the United Nations to designate the Al-Haramain affiliates as terrorist arranges and require UN members to take similar action against them.
At least four, and possibly five, Al-Haramain affiliates are to be designated Wednesday, the officials said.
