"It is being discussed whether and to what extent T-Online could be integrated," a company spokesman said, adding that no decision had still been taken.

The elucidations come a few days after T-Online's chairman Thomas Holtrop announced that he was quitting at the fall of the curtain of this month and would be replaced at the unit's chief financial officer Rainer Beaujean.
